Sourdough Starter Tracker is made by Solidary Solutions AB, Sweden. This page describes what the app does with data. The short version: your starters and feeding log stay on your phone.
Nothing, by us. The app has no account, no sign-up, and no analytics run by us. Your starters, feeding history, and notes are stored only on your device. The app works fully offline.
Notifications. If you turn on feeding reminders, the app asks for notification permission and schedules the reminders locally on your phone. No server is involved and nothing is sent anywhere — reminders are entirely optional and the app works without them.
Advertising. The free version shows one banner ad served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device information (such as advertising ID and IP address) to serve and measure ads, as in any ad-supported app. In the EU/EEA and UK you will be asked for consent first, and you can choose non-personalized ads. See Google's privacy policy. If you purchase "Remove ads", no ads are shown.
Purchases. The "Remove ads" purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We receive no payment details.
We run no servers for this app, so there is nothing for us to retain, sell, or share. The only third party involved is Google (AdMob for ads, Google Play for purchases), under their own policies.
The app is not directed at children.
